Are these fixed PC models?
The five Elements themes are design starting points. They are not a stocked catalogue with fixed components or prices. Your specification and quote are put together around your requirements.
Can you help me choose the components?
Yes. Tell us about the games or applications you use, your monitor setup and your budget. We can discuss suitable choices and explain where spending more may—or may not—help.
Do I need water cooling?
Not necessarily. Air cooling, all-in-one liquid cooling and a custom loop suit different priorities. Cooling will be discussed as part of the specification, including complexity, space and maintenance.
Can I ask about an upgrade or unfinished self-build?
Yes. Include your current parts, the changes you want to make and any symptoms in your enquiry. We’ll discuss whether an upgrade, assembly help or a diagnostic assessment is the right next step.
Where are you based, and who handles my enquiry?
Our office is at 10 Tennyson Road, Moordown, Bournemouth BH9 2UY. Steve Lewis handles build enquiries. Visits and PC collection are by arrangement; we do not ship PCs. We currently serve Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. If you live farther away but can collect while visiting, tell us in your enquiry. See the location map and send your brief.
How much will my PC cost?
That depends on the components, cooling, design and work involved. Share a realistic budget to help narrow down the options. Any applicable consultation or assessment cost, and the build price, will be explained before you agree to proceed.
